Validation Meeting for RODI Kenya 2026–2030 Strategic Plan

RODI Kenya conducted a validation meeting as part of the development of its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan. The meeting brought together key stakeholders to review, discuss, and validate the proposed strategic priorities, goals, and implementation approaches.

The purpose of the validation meeting was to ensure that the strategic plan reflects the real needs, experiences, and expectations of communities, partners, and other stakeholders. Participants provided feedback on the vision, mission, thematic areas, and planned interventions to strengthen alignment with RODI Kenya’s mandate and long-term impact.

During the meeting, discussions focused on program relevance, sustainability, innovation, and measurable impact. Stakeholders shared insights on emerging challenges and opportunities, helping to refine strategies that will guide RODI Kenya’s work over the next five years.

The feedback and recommendations gathered during the validation meeting will be incorporated into the final Strategic Plan. This inclusive and participatory process reinforces RODI Kenya’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and stakeholder-driven development.
