About RODI

RODI is Kenyan Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) started in 1989 as a Community Based Organisation (CBO) interested in promoting alternative forms of agriculture within the reach of poor farmers. It was originally known as Organic Farming Outreach programme (OFOP).  In 1994 the idea of working with prisoners was born. RODI is currently running five programmes namely Prisoners Rehabilitation Programme (PREP), Trade and Advocacy, HIV/AIDS programme, Penal and Correctional Reforms Network and Computer Literacy Programme .
